Corporate Authorise Representative update

Notification that Pella Funds is a corporate authorised representative of Pella Global.

Product Disclosure Statement

Provides sufficient information for a retail investor to make an informed decision whether to invest in a financial product and to allow for comparison of financial products.

Importance notice - the minimum investment stated in the PDS is currently waived by Pella Funds Management. Please contact Pella for more information.

Information Booklet

Provides additional fund information that goes beyond the regulatory requirements of a Product Disclosure Statement.

Target Market Determination - Class B Units

Outlines the class of consumers for which a product has been designed and assists distributors understand who the product is intended to be distributed to.

Target Market Determination - Class C Units

Outlines the class of consumers for which a product has been designed and assists distributors understand who the product is intended to be distributed to.

Application & Withdrawal Forms

These forms are used to make offline investments or withdrawals. The forms are also available in the online portal

Application Form - Initial Investment

Use this form to make your initial investment into the Fund. If you are using this form, it must be accompanied by the relevant form from the 'Client Identification Forms' below.

Application Form - Regular Savings Plan

Use this form to establish a regular savings plan with regular contributions made to your investment in the Fund.

Application Form - Additional Investments

Use this form to make additional investments into the Fund. This form can be submitted alone and without the inclusion of a 'Client Identification Form'.

Withdrawal Form

Use this form to make a withdrawal(s) from the Fund. This form can be submitted alone and without the inclusion of a 'Client Identification Form'.

Client Identification Forms

One of these forms must be included with the 'Application - Initial Investments' form. The form must match the legal entity you use for the initial investment. Please contact your financial advisor if you are unsure which form to use.

Form A

Individuals & Sole Traders

Suitable for people investing as an individual or sole trader, regardless of where they are based and where they are tax residents. 

Form B

Australian companies

Suitable for investments made via proprietary and public companies that are incorporated in Australia.

Form C

Foreign companies

Suitable for investments made via proprietary and public companies that are incorporated outside of Australia.

Form D

Australian Regulated Trusts

Suitable if the investment is made using an Australian-regulated: (i) Self Managed Superannuation Fund; (ii) Registered Scheme; (iii) Unregistered managed investment scheme; (iv) Government superannuation fund; (v) Other regulated Trust.

Form E

Australian Unregulated Trusts & Foreign Trusts

Suitable if the investment is made using an unregulated-Australian Trust or a foreign-regulated trust. Examples of Australian-based Trusts that should use this form, include (i) Family Trust; (ii) Unit Trust ; (iii) Charities; (iv) Estates.

Form F

Partnerships

Suitable for investments made via partnerships and partners that are a tax resident of Australia or any other country.

Form G

Associations

Suitable for investments made via incorporated and unincorporated Associations that are a tax resident of Australia or any other country.

Form H

Registered Co-operatives

Suitable for investments made via incorporated and unincorporated Associations that are a tax resident of Australia or any other country.

Form I

Government Bodies

Government bodies include governments of a country, an agency or authority of the government of a country, the government of part of a country or an agency of the government of part of a country (including: state, province, country or municipality). To be considered a Government Body, the earnings of any agency or authority must be credited to the account of the government, with no portion of the benefit credited to the benefit of any private person/s.

Access to Communications

Following recent amendments to the Corporations Act; where you have provided us with your email address, we will now send notices of meetings, other meeting-related documents and annual financial reports (each a “Communication”) to you electronically unless you elect to receive these in physical form and notify us of this election. 

You have the right to elect whether to receive some or all of these Communications in electronic or physical form and the right to elect not to receive annual financial reports at all. You also have the right to elect to receive a single specified Communication on an ad hoc basis, in an electronic or physical form.
