Remembering Steven Glass

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Steven Glass, co-founder of Pella Funds Management, on 1 May 2026.

To all of us at Pella, Steve was far more than a colleague; he was a close friend and a valued part of our family. He was incredibly respected and widely admired.

Establishing Pella together in August 2021 was made all the more meaningful by having Steve by our side. From the very beginning, he brought energy, optimism, and an unwavering belief in what we were building.

Steve had a remarkable tenacity. Anyone who worked with him knew his unique ability to make things happen. He always found a way forward. He was a natural achiever, a trusted leader, and a steadfast supporter of those around him, consistently lifting others through his encouragement, conviction, and example.

He also had a rare ability to bring warmth and light to every room he entered. Steve had an incredible sense of humour and an ability to make those around him laugh, even in the most challenging moments. His generosity, humour, and genuine interest in people left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, from colleagues and clients to partners and friends.

Steve was truly larger than life, and we are incredibly fortunate to have known him and worked alongside him.

Above all, Steve was deeply devoted to his wife, children, and wider family, whom he loved immensely.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.
